Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Lumen Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build reports on customer onboarding that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer onboarding. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
