Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (remote)

Westbrook Amber Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Boston, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Build reports on customer onboarding that planners can act on. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
