Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Philadelphia, PA)

Highbridge Quarry Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Philadelphia region. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Build reports on cold storage that planners can act on. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
