Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Orchard Farms is an agricultural business based around New Orleans. We are hiring a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to take on demand planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Build reports on harvest schedules that planners can act on. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. What we are looking for • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
