Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Forge Farms and adding a Senior Supply Chain Analyst whose main responsibility will be demand planning. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Build reports on harvest schedules that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. • Clear communication with non-analysts. Nice to have • Knowledge of harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP or planning system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
