Senior Supply Chain Analyst - demand planning (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Analytics develops and makes medicines in Des Moines, and we need a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead our demand planning. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Analyse transport and storage costs and find savings. • Build reports on batch records that planners can act on. • Support annual contract and network reviews. • Track supplier delivery and quality performance. • Forecast demand and recommend inventory levels. What we are looking for • Two or more years in supply chain, planning or operations analysis. • Clear communication with non-analysts. • Strong Excel skills and comfort with large data files. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP or planning system. • Knowledge of batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
