Senior Software Engineer - web applications (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meridian Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be web applications. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
