Senior Software Engineer - web applications (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Sable Financial Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on web applications for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 351 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about regulatory reports into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
