Senior Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Rivermark Summit Pharma develops and makes medicines in Austin, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
