Senior Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Foxglove Ivory Health is a healthcare provider in Jackson with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our web applications. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about clinic supplies into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
