Senior Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Silverline Ashton Care Services supports families and individuals in Cleveland with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about visit scheduling into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
