Senior Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Medical Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be web applications. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about regulatory submissions into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
