Senior Software Engineer - web applications (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Phoenix, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about cleaning schedules into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
