Senior Software Engineer - web applications (Philadelphia, PA)

Fernwood Willow Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Philadelphia producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our web applications. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about clinical studies into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinical studies.
