Senior Software Engineer - web applications (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Cedar Yarrow Facilities Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be web applications. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about contractor visits into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
