Senior Software Engineer - web applications (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Haven Pharma Partners and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be web applications. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about release testing into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
