Senior Software Engineer - web applications (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Granite Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Albuquerque and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on web applications. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
