Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Birch Care Services is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 861 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about caregiver training into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
