Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Reno, NV)

Nova Keystone Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Reno. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about referrals into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
