Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Foods and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 564 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about customer onboarding into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
