Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Cedar Maple Community Partners Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about benefits enrolment into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
