Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Legal Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn requests about document review into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
