Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

Lumen Ridge Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about production lots into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
