Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Junction Medical and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about production lots into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
