Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Telecom Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about customer tickets into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
