Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Clear Care Services Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about visit scheduling into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
