Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Memphis, TN)

Harborlight Pike Medical is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about regulatory submissions into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
