Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Orchard Care Services and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be reliability and monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about licensing into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
