Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Rivermark Wren Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Turn requests about client sites into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
