Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Bright Pharma is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 962 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinical studies.
