Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Clearpath Ember Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our reliability and monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Turn requests about release testing into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
