Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Amber Pharma is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on reliability and monitoring for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
