Senior Software Engineer - reliability and monitoring (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Rook Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Baltimore. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on reliability and monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about regulatory filings into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
