Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (San Jose, CA)

Silverline Beacon Medical is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about training materials into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
