Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Harbor Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. You would join a large organisation of about 271 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about network equipment into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
