Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Lantern Medical designs and makes medical devices in Salt Lake City, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about clinical evaluations into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
