Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (Richmond, VA)

Greenridge Meridian Health provides primary and specialty care in Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about referrals into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
