Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Fernwood Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on mobile experience. You would join a large organisation of about 361 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about network equipment into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
