Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Redstone North Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tulsa, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about student accounts into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
