Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Memphis, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Turn requests about training materials into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
