Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Rowan Legal Group and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be mobile experience. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about client files into simple, maintainable software. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
