Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Rivermark Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about grant reporting into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Experience with grant reporting. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
