Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

Bluepeak Umber Legal Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Turn requests about intake forms into simple, maintainable software. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
