Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Facilities and adding a Senior Software Engineer whose main responsibility will be mobile experience. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Turn requests about safety inspections into simple, maintainable software. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
