Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (Philadelphia, PA)

Ironwood Loom Medical Group is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on mobile experience for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about complaint handling into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
