Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (Minneapolis, MN)

Northwind Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Minneapolis, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Turn requests about billing accounts into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
