Senior Software Engineer - mobile experience (Fort Worth, TX)

Amberfield Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our mobile experience. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Turn requests about contractor visits into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. What we are looking for • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
