Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Ember Financial Group is a financial-services company in Tulsa, and we need a Senior Software Engineer to lead our internal tools. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about vendor spend into simple, maintainable software. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. What we are looking for • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Two or more years of professional software development. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Cloud deployment experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
