Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Stone Energy is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The job centres on internal tools for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Fix bugs quickly and add tests so they stay fixed. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Turn requests about outage response into simple, maintainable software. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
