Senior Software Engineer - internal tools (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Reno. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to take on internal tools. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn requests about licensing into simple, maintainable software. • Review teammates' code and share what you learn. • Improve monitoring so we hear about problems before customers do. • Integrate our systems with vendors and partners through APIs. • Build and maintain web features used every day by our staff and customers. What we are looking for • Two or more years of professional software development. • Care about security and privacy of the data we hold. • Proficiency in a mainstream language such as TypeScript, Python, Java or C#. • Comfort with SQL and a relational database. Nice to have • Cloud deployment experience. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
